Poor workmanship

I contract Anton Berg in Nov 2012 to build my swimming pool. I had to fight constantly with him to finish the job in the contracted period. His workmanship is shocking and his managements skill even worse. He was supposed to fit a heater to our pool and after the heater was installed. He removed the element with an axcuse that he was supplied the wrong element. He used rejects on my paving. The paving wasnt sealed properly and in mid Dec the pool cracked because he used inferior products to build the pool. I had to pay somebody else to repair my pool and he never pitched at the house in early Jan 2013 as he promissed to talk about the repairs. The pool walls wasn't sealed before he applied the marbelite and the applied marbelite was never smoothed.
