Fully paid, but job not completed and shortage of material. Company claims that material was delivered but does not want to produce signed delivery note so it can be checked. Numerous calls made to Pieter, Renier and Piet and asked for meeting at site but no response. This is a project for a school and it needs to be completed urgently. Please help.
