Unprofessional Rudi Basson

We accepted a quote for cladding and paving and small building alterations from Rudi Basson the owner of Daviflash projects. We paid the 75% deposit into his bank account the same afternoon after big promises to get the materials delivered on the 29th July. We specifically arranged 3 days with him for the work to be completed because it would according to him only have been 2 days to complete. The 29th came and I phoned to confirm the delivery and was told that he would go fetch the material himself on Friday the 2nd of August after he drops his workers off to start the preparation. Friday came and I received a text that he is still busy with a job in another close by town and will see me later that day. I received a text from him very late that afternoon that's he is very sorry and will arrange with his people. We didn't hear anything from him. My husband phoned him on Saturday and he said he would be at our house Monday morning the 5th August at 08:00 to start. Once again he did not show up! Had to phone again and he said he will be there at 11:00. 11:00 came and went and he did not show up! Please steer clear of this character!!! He is full of excuses an not to be trusted!
