We entered into an agreement with H&R Construction to build a steel structure for a new factory building that we are developing. Mr Herman Coetser took on the project leading us to believe that he was able to supply us with a steel structure and that it would be erected within a three week period. It is now 8 weeks later and Mr Coetser has failed to supply the structure that was promised. Some of the materials for the manufacture of the structure have been delivered to our premises and we are now receiving phone calls from the people that supplied the materials to him as they now wish to collect the materials because he has not paid for them. We paid Mr Coetser a 60% deposit and now find ourselves without the steel structure and without the materials.
