Total bad service no feedback, no goods delivered

Bought goods from supplier and paid for delivery and had to make follow up to get goods delivered, was told there is one truck which delivers for ALL cash build centres which we all pay for yet it can't deliver goods in the yard yet same truck was reported broken. My material was dropped carelessly outside my yard staff refused to place material in the yard yet I paid for full service. Supplier did not make follow up, finance staff addressed me as "dear" and not Mr Hlubi, service paid for was not rendered, not all bricks were delivered, bricks delivered were not counted and there are damaged goods, person delivering did not let receiver sign for half goods delivered, and PROMISED to come in the morning which they never do. BAD SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for referrals.
