POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I bought material to the value of R30297.19, paid on the 25 AUG 2013 via eft, the material was half delivered on the 5th and 6th September 2013, now the most important material wihich is Sand and Bricks is still not delivered, I have the builder waiting for them at the sight and i have been asking Nico the manager to assist, who has been promosing to come back to me the whole morning up until now the material is still not delivered and the Manager is not calling.
