Wrong goods delivered and no accountability

Sometime in Feb 2012 I placed an order and on the 14 of April goods were delivered and unfortunately I was not at home. Upon my return which was after the cool off period I discovered that the goods delivered were not what I've ordered. Numerous efforts were done to return the goods without success. I eventually received a note that my acc has been handed to the attorneys and I'll be blacklisted. I need HC to collect their goods as I'm not prepared to pay for goods I'm not satisfied with.
