On Tuesday 28th of Jan I ordered goods to the value of 12 900. Up until today not all the goods are delivered.
They first delivered incorrect and incomplete goods. Then I was told I have exceeded my 20 000 account limit as I have opened an account with them.

I then requested a detailed statement detailing everything I bought and I was told I must use use the bits and pieces of incorrect invoices I have to get to the total I have. I went this Saturday where there were 3customers who had similar queries.
I sent my wife to go pay the "difference" where I requested the statement. But because was not there there is nothing they can do. A week later no goods and these incomplete goods are getting damaged through rain. Abel isn't doing anything about the situation as I have spoken to him.
Next thing when I need to get my statement I'm presented with a credit note of 2700 to sign.
All I want is my money refunded back to my account and their gooD's becollected as I don't think 500 bricks and 50 cement will cost over 21 000. I'm shocked and should have listened to the other customers about the lack of professionalism you guys have. The next call will be from my legal team.
