An electric Ryobi lawnmower under warranty became dysfunctional and was returned. Due to various reasons quite some time passed without successful reaction. On escalating the matter to Mr Chetty by e-mail, the matter was resolved within about two hours and a new mower was supplied free of charge. This personal service deserves recommendation.
