Promises not kept

Had made a simple request yesterday for pricing on a board which was to be cut in a specific finish.

Was told Bryanstan didnt have the facilities to cut board and the need was to check where it could be done, etc, etc.

Was promised a call back. From 8.30 am yesterday have heard nothing.

I dont see this kind of service from Cape Town.

Why are you making it so difficult for me to be a customer.
