OVERCHARGING EVERY TIME WITH NO APOLOGY

Having recently bought a house I've found myself in and out of my local Builders Warehouse more often than not. While I appreciate that on average they charge more across the board than the likes of other suppliers I appreciate that I'm paying a premium for convenience, choice and one would hope good advice.
What I have found on the last three consecutive occasions buying at Builders Warehouse City branch is that on every occasion I have been overcharged for at least one item, the first time was on sisal rope, the second on Christmas decorations and the third, yesterday, on paint.
On every occasion I have had to wait while someone takes their time checking the price, which on every occasion has been wrong and here's the kicker - not once has anyone bothered to apologise for this incompetence or the prolonged wait?
If you'll forgive my creative maths, 300% of the time I shop at Builders Warehouse I'm being ripped off? You need to sort your pricing and sort your client service - or it won't be long before others start shopping elsewhere.
