I ordered and paid for Kitchen cabinets and installation on 21 August 2013 at Builders Warehouse Fourways. As part of the process I specified a delivery date. After the specified date passed, i enquired multiple times before the cabinets were delivered. Only then did Builders Warehouse start to make arrangements with the installers for installation dates. When the installers came on site some of the cabinet doors were missing and some were the wrong size. This resulted in a back and forth between the installer and Builders Warehouse, each time with lead times and delivery schedules. It is now mid November and I still do not have all my cabinets installed or even delivered. It has been very difficult to follow up with Builders Warehouse as the right person is seldom available by phone and promises of feedback are never kept. I am not impressed, and still waiting for the prommised call back today.
