Avoid Builders Warehouse if you want service

Went to Builders yesterday to by materials for some building work we are doing.

Needed to by 2 post form tops and despite the staff being paged twice to help stood around for 20 minutes waiting to be served. Eventually someone walking past offered to help but that quickly became too difficult and he pointed at the tops and beat a hasty retreat.

Gave up on the tops and headed to the laminated flooring. The guy that helped us didnt have a clue about the product so after about an hour of achieving absolutely nothing decided to support someone else and left.

I will not hurry back. Your staff are poorly trained, disinterested and should possibly look at the empty carpark outside and consider why!
