My fridge is still broken

Electroservice was called out to repair my fridge as it was not getting cold. They came out and replaced some part and said it would be fine - I paid them R1800.00 for this service - I was given a 6 month warranty and 1 week later my fridge was still not getting cold properly, (and now is not cold at all) and all the food in my fridge is going off.

I have been trying for 5 days to get them to come back to see what the issue is and I get a run around - from, getting stuck at other jobs, to not knowing the way to my house. I mean come on - just come back and fix the fridge or give me back my money so I can get someone out to do the job that was botched in the first place.

I am really upset at this as I do not have the money to call another technician out and pay for this again. Shame on you for doing this to us.
