Air conditioners ordered COD THEN NO DELIVERY

Supplier advertises on internet AIRCONDITIONERS, then doesnt deliver on promises made costing the other componies time, and obviously money. When phoned about the 'late delivery' they about coming, about where they were on numerous occasions on same day and then got caught out to be lying. This Victor caracter then threatened me with violence because he got caught to be lying. In the follow up sms' and e.mails this guy being in the wrong then started playing the race card. I find it very offensive that they didnt have the decency to say that they dont have stock, then about time of delivery and when caught out threaten with violence. I was prepared to meet him and sort it out MAN TO MAN (in his words) but even there he about being at another suppliers entrance when I was there purchasing from the other supplier. When this transpired to be again he started playing the race card, our country surely doesnt need this service from an abvious "previously disadvantaged" business, not after 19 years in a new constitution and new South Africa. It is time these guys wake up and get with the program, obviously very bad business
