A courier company that is always late

This is the 2nd time that i have to come and report here. I am getting tired really i am sure FNB can do better as far as courier companies are concerned. First my card is late takes more than 2 weeks to be delivered to me then when i finally get the call that the card is coming it does not come. this has happened again and for a courier company you do not know the importance of time. i dont have time to wait the whole day for a delivery between 10 and 12 simply means that!
i call the call centre to ask why delivery isnt here and Nomfundo says she will call me back to tell me what is happening. In 30 mins she doesnt call me, i call again and i am told they can't get hold of the driver. i mean where do i come in? i have appointments that i am missing because they can't get hold of the driver. Good bank very bad courier service or company. I am a business man myself and for a contract like FNB bank i would not be late by even 1 minute.
