On 6 February 2013 I ordered on Dell laptop and one HP Pavillion desktop from Wantitall. After payment was made I phoned them to ask if I could request express delivery as we desperately needed the PC's for our business. I was told that I would get them the following week. On 13 February I phoned again to find out about the delivery time and I was told that there was an issue with stock (after the items were listed as in stock on the website) and I was also told that no stock was held at the offices of Wantitall, but that it was imported from the USA. Today, 21 February I once again phoned to check on delivery and was told that the Dell had arrived but that the HP was still in customs and it might arrive "some time next week". This is absolutely unacceptable. We are being held up in our business and empty promises are being given. We would like an immediate refund as we can not afford to wait another week.
