Lying about the customer to cover their no delive

An order was placed on Friday (12/04) and delivery was suppose to be the 16/04, but no delivery was made and they where called more than 4 times and they kept on saying "the delivery is on the way, it will be there before 6pm" I ended up calling them, as I cancelled my plans to be home the whole day, waiting for them. I called at 5:30 pm, just to confirm the time they will be here, the lady on the phone, can't recall her name said "the driver was there and the was no one home" I immediately stoped her from continuing lying, I said "I'm the lady who is suppose to receive the order and I was home the whole entire day" and she said "oooops"... she was caught with her.

I'm disgusted by Netflorist, this is the third time a delivery was sent to me and I strugled to receive it... and the last 2 occasions, delivery items where not all there... and now they about me, nt knowing I'm the one on the phone... this is incompitance at its best, I'm unhappy and disgusted about this... cancelled my plans for the day for nothing. She even promised to call back but nothing
