False advertisement

I purchased a DIY cupboard I saw on display today. The salesman showed off the cupboard and said the price excludes the backboard and handles.
When I got home I found that what I bought was not what I saw on display. The exterior was white melamine but the inside was chipboard everywhere! That was not what I signed up for. This is such an inconvenience and totally unacceptable.
