Rip off / Bad Service

A techinician was sent out to do repairs on my refridgerator, for the 10 minutes he was there, I paid him R 700.00 for his services just to realize a few days later nothing was done, freezer still built ice, same with the fridge. Numerous calls later (over 20 call) to the company, its is just one after another, he is coming today / tmro but no one pitches. Anyone looking to do repairs to the fridges / freezers, PLEASE DO NOT USE FREEZE WELL BASED IN MUSGRAVE / BEREA AREA, the company is a RIP OFF. They even have phony numbers.
