False Advertising and passing the bucks

On 11/02/13 I saw a Samsung Silver Nano fridge for R5999.00 at Game store in Durban West street. I wanted to buy it for cash and was told by the sales lady by the name of Innocentia that it was out of stock. I questioned the fact that why is it still on display if it is out of stock. Why can't it be removed from the floor? I went there again the next day on 12/02/13, and it was still there. I was attended to by a salesman by the name of Charles. He said the same thing. There was not "out of stock" tag attached. Instead they showed me a similar fridge but a different brand and the price was R1000.00 more. He said I can buy the same one on display (with dents) as is. I also questioned him about Voetstoet sign then if that was the case.. I still want the fridge at the same price that was advertised. Is this what they mean by saying "you always win at Game" by false advertisement?
