Passing the buck

My wife purchased a cupboard from this branch on the 3rd of May. She paid fully for both the cupboard and the transport hoping she would get it delieved the same day only to be told that she would only receive it the next day since their driver ahd gone to Zambezi.
The next day we got the goods delivered and the delivery man (contracted out) complained that the amount he was given did not tally with what was on the invoice. We had paid R150 and he got R100. Our nunny is the one who recieved the goods. She had to call me to get it sorted out I told the man to sort it out with their manager.

When I got home I found out that the keys and the handles were not delivered. The next ady my wife had to call the shop to find out what was going on. The manager answered the call but when he heard that it was about deliveries he passed the phone to the cashier who started relating the issue. She was told that they paid this man R100 because the other R50 was supposed to be paid over to their shop driver. When told about the handles and the keys she then said the driver forgot them we can collect them the next day. When collected the handles have screws missing. This is poor service really
