UNPROFESSIONAL UNCOMPLETED WORK

Most unprofessional services I have ever received. They replaced my gutters and repaired/repainted my house. Inexperience supervision. Work completed later than promised. Rude to my wife and I who was trying to sort out the problems. (Work done over November/December 2012)

Some gutters do not drain correct. Exposed metal and untidy areas. Paint and plaster mess that was not cleaned up. Painting over damp areas, that clearly should have been cleaned and treated beforehand. No work with covers, causing paint marks. Using my ladders and buckets. Cracks appearing one month after work.

Upon calling them to come fix this they told me they would come on the 19th January 2013. They never pitched up waisting my Saturday. Upon sms'ing Derrick, he agreed to sort this out the following week. 2 weeks later when I questioned this, they have refused to complete the work, even though they have a guarantee on the workmanship. I then told them that if they do not sort out the issues promptly, I would have to get someone else to sort it out. They told me to do so. I now have to get a new contractor to fix the shoddy workmanship and try recover my costs legally?
