New Year, but nothing new from Pandea!

It's now been 23 months since I parted with my hard-earned cash by paying Pandea Doors / Steelworks the deposit for a double garage door for my carport. After the long list of excuses in 2011 and a portion of 2012, I have now not heard from Pandea since June 2012!
In summary, if you ever happen to do business with this organisation (I cannot understand why, though), consider:
a) Obtaining a proof of address from Pandea before you pay a cent to them since the Randfontein Sheriff could not locate them to deliver the court summons; and
b) Pandea expects 50% deposit, and 50% payment on arrival onsite to do the job. Do not pay the 2nd 50% until the job is complete. Do not accept their T&C's! They are the supplier - the customer is KING!
So the New Year has brought about very little new from Chanine at Pandea. She's still holding onto my money!
