Poor Quality and Incomplete Work

HMD Qulity Projects also known as Gutter Friends had to paint and seal house roof, paint gates and carports and replace all gutters and downpipes. The job was quoted as a two day job, but took 5 days and still incomplete - granted that it rained and could have potentially added an additional day. Roof still leaking, and an old gutter still not removed and certain areas of paint has different colours. I requested completion and correction of work and was received with arrogance and bad attittude. After numerous emails and sms communications from my side, I was eventually asked to make 2pm on 2 November 2013 available. I made specific arrangements to accomodate them, and they just did not pitch. This is a warning for anybody who think of dealing with them, the work I received is incomplete and sub-standard quality and by evidence it is clear that their waranty and gaurantee is not taken seriously. Learn from my more than R24 000 mistake, that now needs professionals to correct.
