RBE does not honour warranty

RBE does not honour their warranty as per contract. They were quick enough to take full payment when the job was complete but I had problems with the workmanship. I tried numerous times to contact Jeff, the owner, to come and sort out my problem as the paint is peeling and flaking. He kept saying he would come and it took months for him to finally come out. He came out to look at the problems and agreed that they were due to his workmanship and that he would come and sort it out. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I even went as far as getting a letter of demand sent to RBE though a Law firm, but he even ignored them!! please be aware of RBE Painting as they take your money and do not honour their warranty on shoddy workmanship!! They are currently advertising in Alberton again, so please be aware!!
