Delivery booked 3 weeks ago and now run-around

I ordered and paid for goods on 28 November. I was told delivery would be within 10 days but booked the delivery for 3 weeks later, being Tuesday 17 December @ 10am. I was charged an extra R400 for delivery of the goods and surprise surprise, no delivery. I have been in touch with Mashashane several times over the past 4 days and each time am told a different story. 1st the producer of the jumbo garden ball was not available to take calls, and now that they have produced the order and that it is sitting at their offices awaiting their drivers arrival so that they may send same to the store. I find this completely pathetic. Is there no competence amongst our working class any longer?! When you phone the store you are told that the manager is not in today, the second in charge cannot be found at her desk and the excuses continue. No doubt I will also receive their statutory "we thank you for your info and the manager will be in touch blah blah blah". How absolutely pathetic! I am now responsible to still pay the salaries of the two garden men I have employed for the day & I have no goods to work with. You certainly will not be seeing any of my money ever again!
