Pathetic service received, R400 back is a rip off

I am so disappointed in Outsurance. I laid a complaint on Hello Peter last week Tuesday. I received 3 calls from Outsurance on Tuesday telling me how sorry they was. One of the calls i received was to please send them some documents and that they will work on getting me a cheaper quote, to date a week later i still have no heard from them
Even if Outsurance gets me a cheaper quote, i am sorry but i will not use them because of there poor service.
The R400 back is a rip off.
