No delivery of paid for product

I ordered three sets of double doors on 15 November 2012 from [URL Removed] and paid in full for the doors and delivery the same day. I was told by Rob Jones I would be informed when delivery would take place. I followed up on 30 November and was told by Rob he would receive them the next week and would ship. This did not happen.By the 18th I had to phone to find out where they were and was told firstly that they had shipped and then that they had been rejected and that the factory was closed. Again followed up in early January as there was no correspondance. Then I spoke to David - Rob's boss who said everything would be sorted out and that the doors would be shipped in early Feb and I would have them by 10 Feb and that their service was unacceptable and they do better than this blah blah. I asked him to do two things: 1. let me know when they shipped and 2. let me know if they were not going to ship. Nothing. Its been over three months waiting for these doors and needless to say I won't be using this company that clearly has no regard for customers again and would advise anybody against using them.
