On Oct 10th, a delivery of over R6000 of drinks were to be delivered between 2-4pm for a function starting at 6pm, including ice and ice baths. At 4.18pm I called to find out where the order was. To date, I am still awaiting a call from Tracy!! After numerous calls after this, and talking to various people, the order eventually arrived... at 7pm! I will say that the dispatch manager and store manager did try to help in the crisis, even though they did not listen to the directions as given very clearly on more than one explanation, which meant that the driver drove around Killarney for an hour trying to find our offices! I did get a call the next day from Charles Kramer. I was promised that this is not the type of service they give, blah blah blah, and that we would be compensated in some way, after he had a "look at the invoice". Well, its now a week later and NOTHING! No phone call. No email. No compensation. This just adds insult to injury, especially after the huge apologies and I was prepared to let it go. This lack of follow through is the cherry on the top. NGF - this story is being told to all and sundry now, instead of it turning out to be a good news story!
