10 year guarantee? - shocking workmanship

We had our house painted by Wondercoat 3 years ago and during the processes they damaged our awning. The contractor on-site tried to repair the awning but actually made it worse. During this issue, Wodercoat agreed that they would reduce the value of the bill by the value of a new awning. I don't believe that this credit was ever passed. The contractor who seemed to be associated with and not employed by Wondercoat made demands to collect the old awning. In the meantime time had passed and the poor workmanship started to show. I have now written 2 letters and called Wondercoat periodically to no avail. No one has come through to the site to look at the issues, nor have they made any effort to fix the issues. This is my last step before going legal on this matter as the cost of the job was high but I was happy to pay for it as there was a 10 year guarantee. I urgently need this matter resolved by skilled individuals.
