Aircon rip off

I purchased 2 aircon units to be installed by galanz. From the outset it was obvious their installers had very little experience and no supervision. It took them almost three weeks to get the units to work satisfactory. I even overlooked the fact that the compressor units mounted to the wall were not squared. Thirteen months later they dont work. I call amina at galanz and she is adamant they will not accept any accountability for the units not working as I had not serviced it with them within a year (R500 per unit)
