Disasterous aircon installation

This aircon company dammaged our house terribly on the outside. They had to re-install the outide brackets as the ones they offered was too weak to hold the outside compressor. It also was not level. The brackets was then forcefully removed. The current brackets are second hand welded ones. It took 4 months for the unit to work properly as they did not have the knowledge how to connect the wiring for a 36 000 btu unit. The new brackets was not painted. They started rusting. i informed Mikes Aircon of this and they still have not replied. The outside compressor weighs around 55 kg. the whole unit is about to fall to the floor and the company does not respond to any warning regarding this.
They came to our house 8 times with avariety of "experts" none of whom was able.
