Failure to finsh job & malicious damage to propert

We hired Mr Noel Van Alphen to seal and waterproof our laundry roof as well as repair our geyser. Not only did he fail to repair the geyser, he damaged the laundry roof to the extent that it is worse than before. We attempted to contact him. When we got through, he promised to finish the job today. When he did not show up, my wife sent him a text message threatening legal action, to which he replied "good luck... I hope you have a good lawyer". He also removed my wife's tile grout without her permission to do so as well as failing to remove the rubble from our back yard.. I strongly recommend no one makes use of Mr Van Alphen's/Guttersweeps services ever. We had made the mistake of paying him the full amount prior to him completing the job properly.
