A new geyser had to be installed and our insurance send Plumbing solutions out to do the job. The roof had to be open to fit the new geyser. Firstly the supervisor with 2 labourers came to do the job. Well the labours did the job and the supervisor that was with them never went up into the roof to oversee the job. They stepped on our sealing and damaged that. Spill water on the sealing and it ran down our walls. The geyser was placed wrongly and due to that we didn't get any water from the geyser. When they had to place the roof tiles back they broke one and we had to silicone the tile. 2 days later they came and fix the bad job that they did so that we can have hot water again.
