Damages after implementation of a geyse

On 6 Feb 2013, my geyser broke down and I phoned Drain Doctor (Vereeniging) to assist. Two men came out on 7 Feb and established that it needs to be replaced. They removed it but had no tools to lower it down. They stood on a small side roof to lower it, but the roof gave in with both of them and the old geyser. One worker got hurt and the other only a cut. They left everything and drove off to take the one guy to hospital. After the incident two different men came back with the person who got hurt. While installing the new geyser, I heard a noise and went to investigate. I found a hole in my spare room ceiling. One of the workers admitted that he stepped on it by mistake and apologized.

After installation of the new geyser they could not get the roof tiles in place again. I decided to phone the man in charge, a Mr Cliff to let him know what had happened. He told me that he will come investigate the next day. After I paid them, they promised to come fix all the damages the following day. After numerous calls and text messages to the owner and a number of empty promises from the owner that the damages will be repaired, I am still waiting for him.
