BUDGET LAPAS - DO NOT TRUST (UPDATE)

We would like to thank you for resolving the outstanding problems/concerns highlighted to you in previous communications pertaining to the lapa and picket fence installation. I am grateful that we could resolve the outstanding issues amicably and agree on a settlement that benefitted both parties.

After a long period of time installation October 2012 Budget Lapa came August 2013.

o Picket fence installation we concluded a compromise that you would refund us a R1000
o Added additional thatch (grass) to the top of the lapa addressing the visible hollow area
o Added the chicken fence to the top of the lapa
o Check, replace and tighten all the bindings holding the thatch onto the cross beams.
o Added strapping to the wooden poles that split to limit/stop the poles from further split damage.
