I am a landlady that had a roof leak claim through my body corporate. They called out a contractor who claimed a whole list of things he has done, but the roof wasn't fixed. (Nor was any of the things done that he claimed for!) Hereafter, I requested my body corporate to accept a quote I got from Dr House, which they did. Dr House fixed it permanently for a fraction of the price the original contractor invoiced!
