Still No follow up after 2nd Store complaint

In May we needed to repaint an old pine wooden ceiling and specifically went to speak to several guys in the Paint department for them to tell us exactly what to do and what paint to use to. We followed their instructions 100% and bought the exact paint they recommended and went about the job. Several weeks later the WHITE paint turned yellow and went all patchy.

Around 23 July I went into the Centurion Builders Warehouse Store and Spoke to Andre - one of the managers and I explained the whole situation. He said to me he was going to organise a paint specialist to come to my home and check the problem as he firmly believed I was given the right paint but couldnt explain why it went yellow.

I waited SEVERAL months and heard nothing.

24th October - 2nd Store Complaint. I went in again to Builders and this time spoke to the Paint Department manager who again told me he was going to organise someone to come to my house and resolve the problem and yet AGAIN over 2 weeks later no response.

The service is beyond appalling! I have spent a huge amount of money in that store over the last few months and dont feel I should be paying for bad Products/Advice!
