Worst customer service and attitude to date

I phoned Paint and place on Tuesday 17 Dec 2013 at roughly 9:30.
The lady on the phone said that everyone is busy and took my number and said someone will phone me shortly.
Again a phone call from myself, took another message. At 14:00 i made another call. The lady told me that I need to phone back seeing as she has got clients in front of her and she cannot help me now. Seriously?
I then drove from Bellville to Paint and place in Wynberg. Placed my order. (they are the only people who had a specific color that i required) So when I arrived the next day, she told me that they did not have the paint which I ordered. The paint needed to be mixed!!! Nothing needed to be ordered. Her whole attitude was like "hey there's nothing i can do about it" "You can speak to my manager if you want to. This is by far the biggest lair I have ever met. I had deadlines to make

This whole story cost me driving up and down the whole day trying to find the correct paint.
She is a liability to their company. I will never buy from any Paint and Place franchise.

Disgusting really.
