EMBARRASSED BY THE MANAGER

There was an issue regarding the cancellation of our order due to urgent call which necessitated our departure. The manager was definitely not impressed and SHOUTED us down in the presence of our friends and other customers insisting we take the order as it was prepared. We explained our dilemma but he continued in loud rudeness. we were utterly embarrassed. note - the meal was not served yet and still in the kitchen. The manager was rude who clearly lacks people skills. he eventually only sorted the problem when i requested the client service number. I did pay for the child's meal and also reminded him to charge for the milkshake. even after paying he did not even thank us and brushed us off. I really don't appreciate this rudeness and inconsideration for customers. This guy is a rude person and his attitude needs review. I am utterly disgusted, we are the reason he has a job so he just needs to be reminded of that fact. His tone and body language suggested the displeasure he had in resolving our complaint. i do not appreciate this treatment, he for not for one moment considered the problem we had, Rjs is a place to enjoy and not be abused with rudeness or a threatening attitude.
