Paint department assistant refused to assist in mixing a specific colour paint. Had a rude and arrogant attitude!
Waited 20 min for a manager to respond to five calls and broadcasts.

Left the store after both the manager and the paint department staff started speaking in another language in front of me - both not really interested to provide customer service.
