Worst Service I've ever recieved or heard of

I bought my expensive couches from what I thought to be an exclusive store that would provide me with good service. After receiving the couches the 3 seat couch stitching was off, they picked up the couch kept it with them for weeks then brought it back unfixed took it again and fixed it. Then there was something wrong with the frame, they took the couch kept it with them for weeks and brought it back. Then the couch started to sag like a R5000 couch when it cost much more than that. They fetched it and fixed it, which by now I was beside myself because of the problems, the time it spent outside my house, the cost of the follow up phone calls because they don't have the decency to give me feedback etc. The manger Sean, reassured me and said any further issues they'd supply me with the new couch. Then we noticed there was something wrong with the frame again but much worse this time. They took it last week Wed for the frame and to date, no call to give me feedback though when I mentioned they need to give me a new one when arranging for collection, its as if I'm out of my mind... I did get their famous last words though, " This is a high priority case because of the many issues."
