Missing the point

Following my previous comments relating to the poor service delivery and broken promises, the owner, Reuben Zasas will now not help me because I dared to shame him on HelloPeter, completely missing the point that this would have been a golden opportunity to cover himself in accolades by being pro-active. Deal with these guys at your peril!
