Ad service incompetance and lying

I had four solar systems installed by Gerhard Rossouw in December 2012.Various problems experienced. One system still not working. Eskom rebates still not sorted out. Compliance certificates not received yet. Gerhard Rossouw keep on promising and lying. Despite his smooth talking he can not be trusted.
