Took my car in for a replacement of my key set. Discovered upon delivery that the back battery cover is missing, my headlight lamp is missing and the car wash service that I was charged for was not done. Called Donald several times to get this sorted, only to be told that the car came in like that and they don't know anything about my missing parts. I spoke to the service manager Olta and she reiterated the same nonsense that was conveyed by the service agent that I am basically lying about my missing parts.

I have to convey this to all BMW drivers that they must AVOID BMW ISANDO AT ALL COSTS!!!
