I am a Customer Service Consultant just like Reuben, just that I work for a bank. Im appalled and embarrassed by the extremely poor service this man gives. This is the 2nd time I have to deal with him and in both cases he has been RUDE and Unhelpful. The 1st instance, I wanted to buy a stove and he had to check with the supplier and call me back - he never bothered - I had to physically come into Game every time because when i called I would get through to him and he would forever promise to call back and never bothered - instead he gives me attitude. a month later after the run around I let it go and bought my stove at Makro. This Thursday, 24/10 I bought a KIC Frezeer which was delivered on Sat - its missing a Temperature button on the side. I called in the morning, only to get through to REUBEN AGAIN! he never wanted to listen to what i was saying instead he RUDELY told me he'll call me back, which he never did. I called back at 15h00 asking him why hasnt he called - he just shoved my call to Mpho who also had no clue what the process is. I am REALLY sick of dealing with people like REUBEN and I will shame him in every way possible because he doesnt deserve that JOB!
