Appalling service and lack of product knowledge

I went to Clicks today (05/01/2014) to buy a few toiletries and noticed the "Mix and Match" promotion on Neutrogena products. So a selected 3 products and headed to the till. When I got there one of the products did not trigger the discount on the teller at which point Sihle, the teller, called the manager, Reuben. Both Reuben and Sihle did not have a clue what was going on, they did not try to find out what the problem was and both had a very bad attitude with no customer relation skills at all. Reuben just shrugged his shoulders and said you can only purchase the 3 items illustrated in the picture - when the promotion clearly stated ANY of the Visibly clear product range.

Completely frustrated I decided to only take one product as neither Reuben nor Sihle could provide any assistance. At this point they were both so confused that they forgot to allocate the Clicks money back voucher I had given to Sihle - wasting time and causing even more frustration.

So all in all, I had terrible service (the worst in ages), both the manager and teller had no product knowledge and could not assist in any way and they had no customer relation skills.

Not what I expected from Clicks.
