BOUGHT QUEEN BED THAT DIDN'T EVEN LAST A YEAR

Ought a queen size bed from BED&COUCH Randburg, Jansmuts Ave, Criighall park. The matress was falling in withing a year, bought the bed for R5 400.I called the shop to come look at the bed, and the owner came and fetched the bed, and told me the factory that manufactured the bed has liquideted, not show how is that my problem, the bed took a week and when i called this guys to follow up, he said to me they are fixing the matress, which i never had before, and he was swearing at me at that time, thats the owner by the way, he brought the matress back and said he fixed it, within three month it started again, and this time on the sites is tearing up and i think thats were they were sewing the matress when they were fixing it, so i lost my R5 400, and i dont think i should keep quiet about it as i paid lot of money for this. I will never buy anything from this shop again, and that includes my friends they have seen the bed, I STILL HAVE THE BED TO PROVE MY STORY.
