Having dealt with numerous window and door installers, I was sceptical about changing my aging (yet functional) setup for the expensive replacements being offered.. After Dustin came through and consulted with me (after hours) about what I was hoping to achieve, he presented an alternative that has met with all my requirements. The entire installation was affordable, looks good and most importantly works. From the initial meeting to the installation and after work follow and check up, I have found both him, his site foreman Daniel and the entire installation crew helpful, respectful and willing to accommodate my questions and concerns. The windows and doors have withstood the recent rains remarkably well. I am pleased to say their attention to detail, both with work and client relations has definately restored my faith that there are still companies who care about the individual.
